33gt Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document is a binding agreement between 33gt and the user.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 33gt platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the website or application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 33gt's services.

33gt operates an online gaming and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. Our services include cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming categories. These Terms apply to Bangladeshi users and are provided in English so all users can understand them easily.

Your relationship with 33gt is built on a foundation of mutual respect. We believe in transparency and fair dealing, and we expect our users to follow the same principles.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To fully enjoy 33gt's services, you must create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

  • Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
  • Log out of your account after using a public device.
  • Notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

33gt carries out an identity verification process to ensure a safe environment. Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time, 33gt may ask you to submit identity documents such as a copy of your national ID card or passport. Failure to provide documents may delay services.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Important: 33gt's services are for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

To use 33gt's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be legally capable of using 33gt's services.
  • You must have a valid account registered in your own name.
  • You must play of your own free will and voluntarily.
  • Creating a new account is prohibited if any previous account has been closed by 33gt.

We take the protection of minors very seriously. If a minor is found to have registered on our platform, that account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

33gt supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

  • Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account.
  • Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
  • After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to your account instantly.
  • If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method you used for your deposit.

  • Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if unusual activity is suspected.
  • Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled.
  • Withdrawals cannot be initiated until the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

33gt processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and the user will be notified in advance.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive a ৳3,000 bonus (total ৳5,000). Before withdrawing, you must place bets totalling ৳5,000 × 15 = ৳75,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonuses can only be used on eligible games.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • If bonus abuse or strategic wagering is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled once they expire.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

33gt regularly runs various promotional offers, cashback deals, and special tournaments. Separate rules apply to each offer, which will be clearly stated in the offer's advertisement. 33gt reserves the right to change the terms and duration of any offer.

6 User Code of Conduct

33gt is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. Users are requested to refrain from the following behaviours:

  • Fraudulent activity or attempts to gain unfair advantage.
  • Playing using bots, automated software, or strategic algorithms.
  • Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
  • Money laundering or engaging in unlawful financial activity.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for gain.
  • Inappropriate or threatening behaviour towards other users or staff.
  • Operating an account using a false identity.
If any of the above behaviours are detected, 33gt reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit funds without notice.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All betting activity is governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

7.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, or other sports, the designated rules of the event apply. If a match is abandoned or suspended, or if there is a dispute over the outcome of an event, 33gt will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.

7.3 Fair Play Guarantee

33gt is committed to ensuring fair play. All games on our platform are operated using SSL encryption and secure technology. If you have a complaint about the outcome of a game, contact gaming support.

7.4 Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection, server error, or other technical issue during gameplay, 33gt will investigate the issue and provide a fair resolution. However, 33gt is not liable for losses caused by problems with the user's own device or internet connection.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 33gt

33gt reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Suspected or proven violation of the Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to submit identity verification documents on time.
  • Detection of multiple accounts being operated.
  • Being identified as an underage user.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To make a request, email support at: [email protected]. After an account is closed, any remaining valid funds will be arranged for withdrawal, though this may not apply in cases of closure due to rule violations.

10 Limitation of Liability

33gt is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Faults with the user's own device or internet connection.
  • Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
  • Faults with third-party software or payment providers.
  • Losses resulting from hacking or cyber attacks beyond 33gt's control.
However, if a user suffers a direct financial loss due to 33gt's own technical fault, we will arrange appropriate compensation.

11 Responsible Gaming

33gt places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity and should never become a financial burden or cause mental distress.

  • Do not bet beyond your means.
  • Do not try to place more bets to recover your losses.
  • Never gamble with borrowed money.
  • Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits for yourself.
  • If you feel the need, voluntarily suspend your account temporarily.

12 Amendments and Changes

If both English and Bengali versions of these terms exist, the Bengali version will take precedence.
